Thanks to my wonderful friend Laura (who is moving away in a few months - I am VERY VERY sad about that!!! =/ ), Audrey has a fun "new" sandbox to play with in the backyard! We found some cheap play sand - what a great investment for our little girlie. Yesterday afternoon, I sat outside for almost 2 hours while doing some writing, and she enjoyed playing in the sandbox the entire time. She absolutely loves it. Thanks Laura!!
It was a bit chilly, so I left all of her clothes on during this particular afternoon. Naturally, we found later that she had sand in every crevice - clothes AND body! :p
This is the comical response I got when asking her to "smile for Mommy!"
